- Keep valuables with you: Please personally safeguard important items such as personal ID, valuables and cash.
- Clear access: Ensure elevators, entrances, and access points at both locations are unlocked.
Can you help with furniture dismantling and assembly?
Yes. We handle most standard furniture disassembly and assembly services (additional charges may apply). For complex or custom-made furniture, please inform us in advance.
What should I do about post-move cleanup, waste, or old furniture disposal?
The GoGoX moving team can assist in transporting items to designated recycling or disposal points. Additional charges may apply depending on the request.
What is the difference between Driver Assist and GoGoX Moving?
Driver Assist: A single-driver light assistance service. Customers must help with heavy or bulky items.
GoGoX Moving (Professional): A full professional moving team handles all items, including heavy lifting and staircases. No customer assistance is required.
What types of vehicles will be assigned for the move?
- We assign the most suitable vehicle based on your inventory list and location restrictions, including light vans, 5.5-ton trucks, and 9-ton box trucks.
- Pricing is based solely on your inventory list, so the vehicle size assigned will not affect the final price, ensuring fair and transparent pricing.
How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance (earlier during peak seasons) to secure the best team and schedule.
For same-day or urgent moves within 24 hours, priority services are available with an additional surcharge. Please contact us directly for availability.
Will you still move during rain or typhoons?
- Rain: Services continue as normal, with full rain-protection measures in place.
- Severe weather: Services will be suspended during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Landslide Warnings, or Black Rainstorm Warnings.
- Our team will proactively contact you to arrange a free rescheduling.
