Enter Order Details

Select "Delivery" in GoGoX app. Fill in your pick-up and drop-off point, delivery time, parcel size and weight, contact details and select payment method. Confirm your order afterwards.

Connect With A Courier Partner

After placing the order, the app will automatically connect you with a courier. The courier will then call you to confirm the pick-up time.

Pickup and Verify

When the courier arrives at the pick-up point, shipper will need to provide a unique verification code along with the parcel for verification.

Delivery Notification

After the parcel is picked up, the recipient will receive a SMS notification about the courier's contact details and delivery status. Recipient can contact and track courier's real-time location with the stated information.

Sign Upon Receipt

If shipper selected "Pay by recipient", recipient will need to settle the shipping fee upon courier's arrival. Customer has to sign off to confirm receipt of the parcel. Shipper can check the e-signature in the app.
