How the programme works
We designed the four-tier loyalty programme to reward driver-partners who carry our brand. If you deliver with us you are automatically enrolled. BRONZE is the introductory tier for those without a GoGoX sticker on their vehicle. The highest tier is reserved for our PLATINUM driver-partners who drive a full-wrap vehicle and earn an ad fee. Rank up and be rewarded with improved benefits.

Frequently asked questions
Why become a GoGoX Reserve member?
Both new and existing driver-partners will automatically become members of GoGoX Reserve and can choose to receive rewards and earn more at different membership tiers. The higher the membership tier, the more rewards and rebates members can enjoy.
How is my tier level calculated and why?
Membership tier is determined based on your choice of ad sticker. Ad stickers can effectively promote the platform, expand market share, increase the number of orders, provide a stable income for our large driver-partner community, and support the platform to have more resources to continue to provide more rewards and benefits for all logistics partners.
How do I maintain my current tier?
Driver-partners are required to use the photo upload function within the driver app to upload the latest ad sticker status photo before the 15th of each month.
