Severe Weather Service Arrangements
During a Black Rainstorm or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, road conditions and driver availability are affected. Matching and pricing will adjust as follows:
- Before ordering — Orders switch to Driver Quotation based on actual road conditions. You choose whether to accept.
- Before pickup — If a warning takes effect after you order, the driver may re-quote. You can cancel for free if you decline.
- During trip — If the warning is lowered after your trip starts, your original fare remains unchanged.

Terms and Conditions
- Normal pricing resumes immediately once warnings are lowered.
- Surcharges and service statuses update automatically in the GoGoX App/web without notice.
- GoGoX reserves the right to amend arrangements and holds the right to final decisions.
