1. GOGOBusiness 903 Live Concert Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organized by GOGOVan CALL CENTRE LIMITED (“GOGOX”). The promotion period covers from 20 July 2021 at 2pm to 14 September 2021 at 6pm, both dates are inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 

2.Eligibility for enrolling in the Lucky Draw:

   a.Successfully register as a GOGOX Business user at the official website of GOGOBusiness https://www.gogox.com/business/ ;

   b.Successfully top-up $3,000 to the account wallet during Promotion Period;

   c.After the value is being added, participants will have to upload the screencap of the e-receipt wallet top-up email to the registration form https://bit.ly/3qlJOLu and fill in the required information, in order to be eligible for the Lucky Draw.

3.Eligible GOGOBusiness user who has successfully registered to enroll in the Lucky Draw will automatically be entitled to lucky draw once; the numbers of orders will be counted by the multiple of $3,000, successfully top-up the account up to $3,000 will be entitled to the Lucky Draw once, successfully top-up the account up to $6,000 will be entitled to the Lucky Draw twice, and so on. No entry limit will be set.

4.All staff members of GOGOX are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

5.Each GOGOBusiness user can win the following prize once only:

Commercial Radio Hong Kong’s 903 Live Concert tickets (“Prize”) x 2 (100 winners)

6.GOGOX will randomly select the winner’s seats and will not accept and handle any seating request. 

7.The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 15 September 2021. Winners will be drawn randomly by the computer system. Results of the Lucky Draw (including winners’ GOGOBusiness account number) will be posted on GOGOX’s official website www.gogox.com/hk/  on 16 September 2021, winners can refer to the website for the Lucky Draw result and redemption details. 

8.The results of the Lucky Draw will also be published in am730 and China Daily on 20 September 2021.

9.On the date of (i)conducting Lucky Draw and (ii)prize redemption, winners of the Lucky Draw must still be valid users of GOGOBusiness (subject to GOGOX’s sole and final decision). Otherwise, the respective winner(s) will be disqualified without further notice. 

10.Winner notification with redemption details will be sent via email on 20 September 2021. Winners will be contacted via the provided email address in the Lucky Draw registration form. Winners are required to redeem the prizes according to the instructions and terms and conditions stated in the notification email.

11.GOGOX will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to issues caused by computer, technical failures, or any other reasons that beyond the control of GOGOX that leads to loss, error, or unable to identify of the participants or winners information or GOGOX’s notification, GOGOX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice.

12.Winners are required to redeem the prize in person [(no authorization is allowed)] and to provide the wallet top-up e-receipt email and the winning notification email for verification purposes. GOGOX might require winners to provide additional information for verification. If winners provide forged proof or are unable to provide correct and complete information, he/she will be disqualified without further notice.

13.Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or resold and must be collected during the specified prize collection period. For whatever reason, if a winner does not collect nor timely collect the prize for any reason, he/she will be disqualified without further notice and the prize will be considered as forfeited.

14.GOGOX will not be liable for loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any use or misuse of the prize after redemption. 

15.GOGOX will not be responsible if the Commercial Radio Hong Kong’s 903 Live Concert is canceled by the organizer or in the event of force majeure. No compensation will be made for the prize. 

16.If the participants or winners are involved in any damage, loss, claim, expense, or illegal acts due to the participation of the Lucky Draw, GOGOX shall not be responsible in any way.

17.Photo is for reference only, the real object of the prize should be considered as final.

18.Participants are required to have read, understood, and agreed with the terms and conditions (www.gogox.com/terms/ ) and ensure all the provided information is true and correct, neither fraudulent nor misappropriated from any third party. The respective participants or winners will be disqualified if any violation occurred.

20.If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. 

21.For any dispute arising from this Lucky Draw, GOGOX reserves the right of final decision.

22.No person other than the eligible participants and GOGOX will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623, the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any term under these Terms and Conditions.
