How is event transport priced? Are there hidden charges?
The fare is shown in the app before you confirm, calculated by distance and vehicle type, with nothing hidden. Tunnel, bridge and car park charges are passed through at cost. The standard service is point-to-point transport; if you need the driver to carry items, agree the carrying fee with them in advance.
If roads around the venue are closed, where does the driver unload?
The driver stops at the nearest legal loading point outside the controlled area. Station people outside the cordon in advance, and contact the driver once they accept to confirm the meeting point. Large venues such as the HKCEC have designated goods loading bays.
