a. Pick-up and delivery will be on the same day

b. If the recipient is contacted but is not available to receive the order in person, the courier will, upon receiving the recipient’s verbal or written consent, place the order at the recipient’s doorstep, management office counter, or such other reasonable place agreed with the recipient and take a photo for proof.

c. If the courier fails to contact the recipient and he/she is not available at the delivery address, the GOGODelivery customer service team will obtain the handling instruction from the Merchant. The courier will either reattempt delivery on the same day (subject to the courier’s availability) or the order may be returned to the Merchant on the same day at no extra cost.

d. If the recipient requests [GOGOX or] the Merchant to change the delivery address after the order is placed by the Merchant, the Merchant shall inform the recipient that a re-arrangement fee of $150 will need to be paid by the recipient to GOGOX. (merchant is responsible for informing the recipient about the involved charge).

e. If there are traffic congestions or serious obstructions, GOGOX reserves the right to postpone the delivery arrangement until normal traffic resumes.

a. On each package, the Merchant should clearly write or display the:

i. Order ID number (provided by GOGOX);

ii. delivery address;

iii. recipient’s name; and

iv. recipient’s contact number

b. Ensure the package is well contained to avoid any spill over, leakage and possible contamination by external elements.

c. Limited to 1 package per order.

d. Maximum dimension and weight of each package is 60cm x 60cm x 60cm and 15kg.

a. Merchants must pay GOGOX a refundable deposit of HK$2,000 before they can request the Service. The deposit will not be used to satisfy the actual delivery charges but to guarantee payment of unsettled invoice balances. The deposit (after deducting any unsettled invoice balance, if any) will be refunded to the payment account within 14 days of the full invoice amount being received by GOGOX.

b. The actual delivery charges will be billed in one lump sum. Merchants will receive an invoice setting out the order history records in relation to the Services on or before 28 Feb 2022.

c. The Merchant shall pay the invoice amount within 14 days after the invoice issue date.

d. “Cash on delivery” payment by the recipient is not applicable in relation to the Services.

The Merchant will pay GOGOX additional charges where the following occurs:

a. $150 for each order where the Merchant has provided incorrect order information, resulting in a re-delivery or return of the order

b. Minimum charge of 5 orders per pick-up will be required. If the number of orders for the pick-up is less than 5 orders, GOGOX will charge the delivery fees for 5 orders.

The GOGOX Cargo Compensation Promise applies to cargo transited through the Services. The compensation cap will be the lower of invoice value/replacement value (as determined by GOGOX in its sole discretion based on the value at the date on which the relevant incident occurred) of the cargo, or HK$2,000.
