a. Merchants must place orders through dedicated instant messaging applications.
b. Merchants should ensure every pick-up by GOGODelivery courier partners include：
i. 5 or more orders (“5 or more orders” mean the pick-up collected from the Merchant composes of five separate packages or more). Otherwise, the Merchant should place such order directly through the GOGOX App; and
ii. The surface of each package contains the delivery address, recipient’s name and contact number in legible form.
c. The Merchant is responsible for providing to GOGOX through the dedicated instant messaging application reasonably requested by GOGOX by 6pm on the day before the day of pick-up all information necessary to ensure a successful delivery, including but not limited to: registered merchant name, pick-up address, delivery addresses and contact number(s) of the recipient, or such other information reasonably requested by GOGOX.
d. Merchants must confirm, at the time of placing the order:
i. the pick-up time: A Slot: Approximately 10am or B Slot: Approximately 2pm.
ii. the delivery time slot：A slot: 11am - 3pm / B slot: 3pm - 7pm)
e. After an order is placed, GOGOX will check if the order contains any delivery addresses within a No-Service Area. If that is the case, GOGOX reserves the right to not pick-up the relevant order.
f. By placing an order and requesting the Services, the Merchant is offering GOGOX the opportunity to provide the Services and GOGOX’s acceptance of the order placed shall not constitute acceptance of such offer. There is only valid acceptance of the Merchant’s offer upon GOGOX’s confirmation to service the order request.
