1. The promotion runs from 3 January 2022 till 31 December 2022 (the “Promotion Period”) (both dates inclusive).
2. The promotion is applicable to the BOC Visa Infinite Business Card and BOC Visa Platinum Business Card (“Eligible BOC Visa Commercial Card”) issued by BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd. (the “Company”) in Hong Kong.
3. Offers are provided by Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited (“Visa”) and related merchants subject to related Terms and Conditions (Please refer to this Terms & Conditions). The Company accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the products and services provided by Visa and the merchants. The merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the products and services on offer. The Company, Visa and the merchants reserve the right to suspend, change, or terminate the offers or amend the offer terms and conditions at their sole discretion. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the Company, Visa and the merchants.
4. Offers are not transferable, salable, refundable or convertible into cash or other prizes.
5. No person other than the Cardholders and the Company will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
6. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
7. During the Promotion Period, BOC Visa Infinite Business Card cardholders can enjoy a one-off credit rebate equivalent to HK$500 to their valid GOGOBusiness account upon (i) held a valid GOGOBusiness (non-monthly settlement) account; (ii) top-up with at least HK$1,000 in their GOGOBusiness account by using the BOC Visa Infinite Business Card to settle the transaction. The offer is limited to 60 quotas per month only on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability.
8. During the Promotion Period, BOC Visa Platinum Business Card cardholders can enjoy a one-off credit rebate equivalent to HK$200 to their valid GOGOBusiness account upon (i) held a valid GOGOBusiness (non-monthly settlement) account; (ii) top-up with at least HK$1,000 in their GOGOBusiness account by using the BOC Visa Platinum Business Card to settle the transaction. The offer is limited to 200 quotas per month only on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability.
9. Payment must be settled by one of the Eligible BOC Visa Commercial Card and register via this designated website (http://www.gogox.com/bocvisacard_yro2022) within 48 hours after successfully top-up the GOGOBusiness account in order to enjoy the rebate. The rebate will be credited to the GOGOBusiness account in 14 working days upon registration successfully.
10. Each GOGOBusiness account user is allowed to redeem the above rebate once during the Promotion Period.
11. The GOGOBusiness Rebate will be valid for 6 months only from the date of credit to the respective GOGOBusiness account.
12. The top-up amounts in the GOGOBusiness account will be valid for 2 years from the relevant date of successful top-up.
13. The top-up amounts in the GOGOBusiness account are not redeemable for cash, for resale and no refund or exchange is permitted (except as required by applicable laws).
14. The GOGOBusiness Rebate cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, packages or promotions as may be launched for GOGOBusiness from time to time, unless specified. The GOGOBusiness Rebate cannot be transferred to third parties or other GOGOBusiness accounts, or returned, or exchanged.
