1. The GoGoX x Airwallex E-Solution Day Special Offer (the “Promotion”) is provided by GOGO Tech Limited (“GOGOX”) and Airwallex (Hong Kong) Limited (“Airwallex”). Enrolment via this link: https://www.gogox.com/airwallex-hk-sme-initiative-reward/ to participate in the Promotion and receiving the Rebate (as defined below), indicates you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. You are eligible to participate in the Promotion and become an “Eligible Customer” for the one-off HK$200 rebate (new GoGoX Business account holder) or the one-off HK$100 rebate (existing GoGoX Business account holder) (the “Rebate”) if all of the following requirements are satisfied:
a) You have enrolled in the Promotion through the dedicated page for the Promotion via this link: https://www.gogox.com/airwallex-hk-sme-initiative-reward/ (“Form”) during the Promotion Period (as defined below);
b) You are a valid GoGoX Business (non-monthly settlement) account holder of GoGoX ;
c) You have successfully topped up at least HK$1,000 in a single transaction (the “Transaction”) to your GoGoX Business account using a valid Airwallex Borderless Card to settle such Transaction (the “Settlement”) during the Promotion Period (the Transaction and together with the Settlement, the “Conditions”) ; and
d) You are a company incorporated in Hong Kong with a valid business registration certificate.
3. This Promotion commences on 6 Mar 2023 and ends on 5 June 2023 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
4. If the Eligible Customer satisfies the Conditions in clause 2a) – d) of these Terms, and successfully completes the Transaction, the Rebate will be credited within 14 business days to the GoGoX Business account.
5. The relevant top-up amounts in the GoGoX Business account are valid for 2 years from the date of the successful top-up. The rebate credits in the GoGoX Business account are valid for 12 months.
6. The relevant top-up and rebate amounts are not redeemable for cash, for resale and no refund or exchange is permitted (except as required by applicable laws).
7. GoGoX and Airwallex reserves the right to amend, and/or vary any of these Terms and any arrangement of this Promotion, limit, suspend, cancel, and/or terminate the Promotion, without notice and without any liability.
8. Additional terms and conditions of GoGoX applies (https://www.gogox.com/terms/). GoGoX will process the collected data in accordance with GoGoX ’s privacy policy (https://www.gogox.com/privacy). Airwallex will process personal information in accordance with Airwallex’s privacy policy (https://www.airwallex.com/hk/terms/privacy-policy). In addition, by participating in the Promotion, you expressly consent that any personal information that you provide, may be shared between GoGoX and Airwallex for purposes of the Promotion and all related administrative actions in connection therewith.
9. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. In case of any dispute, GoGoX and Airwallex reserves the right of final decision.

11. The Chinese version of these Terms is for reference only. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
