GoGoX provides you with better rates for delivery and transportation of goods or equipment as we are able to give you the flexibility to save more through the option of self-service for our larger vehicles. Door-to-door delivery service is only included in the base price for all orders for bikes and sedans.

Festive Surcharge | For all public holidays and special festive periods (i.e. Mothers’ Day), there will be an additional $3 for all motorcycle and car orders and $5 for all van and lorry orders. A list of dates for 2026 when the charges will be applied can be found below:

Cancellation Fees | Before departure to the pick-up location, drivers are expected to contact the customer for confirmation of order. If a cancellation occurs after the confirmed delivery’s scheduled pick-up time, the customer shall be liable to pay 50% of the base delivery fee. |
Late Night Surcharge | For order pick-up time between 10PM till 11:59PM: 10% of the base delivery fee. For order pick-up time between 12AM till 07:59AM: 20% of the base delivery fee. The Late Night Surcharge is not applicable for Festive dates. |
High Demand Surcharge | Surcharge for high-demand periods:
This surcharge is based on demand and is applicable for orders picked up between 9AM and 7PM. |
Platform fees | Applicable on van and lorry orders only ($1). Fee is waived off for Motorcycle & Car (Sedan) till further notice. |
Please note that:
- All services include parking fees and other miscellaneous charges.
- Promotional discounts apply to the transport price only (not inclusive of additional labour cost)
- Dangerous and explosive products will not be accepted.
- Additional charges may be incurred for special deliveries (e.g. oversized cargo, no lift service, need for special equipment). Please discuss this with the driver.
- Any claims must be made within 48 hours after the delivery has been completed, failing which GoGoX shall have no liability whatsoever.
Pricing FAQ
How is GoGoX Singapore pricing calculated?
Every quote is based on the vehicle you choose and the delivery route. Motorcycle orders range from $13 to $24 and sedan orders from $13 to $35 depending on the route. Vans and lorries use a base price — $25 to $39 for vans, $42 to $71 for 10-ft, $80 to $104 for 14-ft and $143 to $167 for 24-ft lorries — which only includes loading and unloading from the vehicle by the driver. Door-to-door delivery is included in the base price for motorcycle and sedan orders only.
What extra charges could apply to my order?
The additional fees are listed in full on this page: CBD Zonal Charge (+$2 for motorcycle and sedan, +$3 for van and lorry, Monday to Saturday 8AM–8PM), secured or restricted zone charges (+$10 for motorcycle and sedan orders, +$15 for van and lorry orders), festive surcharge (+$3 for motorcycle and car orders, +$5 for van and lorry orders), late night surcharge (10% of the base delivery fee for pick-up between 10PM and 11:59PM, 20% between 12AM and 7:59AM), high demand surcharge (from 15% of the base delivery fee for motorcycles and sedans, from $2 for vans) and a $1 platform fee on van and lorry orders.
Are parking fees included in the price?
Yes. All services include parking fees and other miscellaneous charges. Additional charges may be incurred for special deliveries such as oversized cargo, no lift service or the need for special equipment — please discuss these with the driver.
How is extra waiting time charged?
There is a grace period for the first 10 minutes after the pick-up time you indicated in the booking. After the grace period, waiting is charged at $3 per 10 minutes for motorcycles and sedans, $5 per 10 minutes for vans and 10-ft lorries, and $10 per 10 minutes for 14-ft and 24-ft lorries.
How much does extra manpower cost?
Motorcycle and sedan orders include door-to-door service. For a van, the first manpower (the GoGoX driver) is $15 and each additional manpower is $30. For lorries the first manpower is $30 (10-ft), $50 (14-ft) or $60 (24-ft), and each additional manpower is $40, $50 or $60 respectively.
What happens if I cancel my order?
Drivers are expected to contact you to confirm the order before departing for the pick-up location. If a cancellation occurs after the confirmed delivery's scheduled pick-up time, you are liable to pay 50% of the base delivery fee.
