What services do you offer for moving?

How do I get a quote for my move?
You can request a quote online by filling out our form with your move details. For complex moves, we can also arrange an onsite inspection.
How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking your move at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we understand that last-minute moves might happen. We can support you with as little as 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled move are free of charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Are there any items you don't move?
We do not move hazardous materials, perishable goods, or items prohibited by law. If you have specific concerns, please discuss them with our team during the booking process.
What if I need to reschedule my move?
Contact our customer service at +65 6836 1110 to reschedule. Changes are subject to availability and additional fees may apply.
Do you provide same-day moving services?
Yes, same-day moving services are available based on vehicle and team availability. We recommend booking as early as possible for same-day moves.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfers and PayNow/PayLah.
How will my moving service be confirmed?
To confirm your moving service, we kindly request full payment of the estimated quote, payable in advance to our account.
What if I need additional services?
If you require any additional services or have specific needs during your move, our drivers will discuss these with you and provide a quote for any extra charges as necessary.
