How it works?

Please enter using:

On the screen for "Order details", insert the floor and unit numbers of both points under "note to driver".

Your order will be matched to the nearest available drivers.

Clarify the following points before you confirm your order:

The items that you are transporting.
For van and lorry manpower service, please inform the driver if there are any stairs that the helper(s) need(s) to get through.
Additional services such as dismantling and wrapping of items are not included.
If you need additional services, please ask the driver for the price quotation.
Continue with the service only if the driver and you are agreeable to the above points.
If the driver does not contact you, please call the driver. If the driver is uncontactable, please call 6836-1110 for assistance.

Remember to rate and review the driver when the job is completed.
