Do you install Taobao or overseas furniture?
Yes — we install furniture from any source including Taobao, IKEA, Shopee, or overseas brands. Just make sure all parts and instructions are present before our team arrives.
Are there extra charges for certain items?
Yes, surcharges apply for oversized wardrobes, hydraulic-lift beds, glass/marble-top tables, and height-adjustable electric desks.
What if parts are missing when the handyman arrives?
Please unbox and verify items before the appointment. Missing parts may prevent us from completing the job, and a trip charge may apply.
Do you move, haul away, or dispose of old furniture?
No, standard handyman service does not include disposal. For old furniture removal, please book GoGoX Moving.
How long does assembly take?
Most jobs take 1–3 hours. A single wardrobe is around 1.5 hours; a full-room set-up is around half a day.
Is there a warranty on the work done?
Yes — a 3-month workmanship warranty covers any issues from our assembly. Manufacturer defects and post-completion damage are not covered.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation 48+ hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.
What if I need to reschedule?

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, GrabPay, PayNow, and PayLah!
Can I book assembly on the same day as my delivery?
We accept next-day bookings only. Book before 6 pm to secure the following day's slot.
