Yes, we assemble furniture regardless of where it was purchased — including Taobao, IKEA, Shopee, or overseas brands. Just ensure all parts and instructions are on hand before the appointment. Note that missing parts or incomplete sets may affect the scope of work.
Yes, surcharges apply in certain cases — for example, wardrobes exceeding standard dimensions, beds with hydraulic lift mechanisms, dining or coffee tables with glass or marble tops, and height-adjustable desks with electrical components. Any applicable surcharges will be communicated before or during the job.
Please ensure all parts, hardware, and assembly instructions are present before your appointment. If parts are missing or incomplete, our handyman may be unable to complete the job, and a trip charge may still apply. We recommend unboxing and checking your items in advance.
Haulage and disposal of old furniture are not included in our standard assembly service. If you need old furniture removed, please let us know and we will arrange it via GoGoX Moving.
Most jobs take between 1–3 hours depending on the complexity and number of items. A single wardrobe typically takes around 1.5 hours, while a full room of furniture may take half a day. We’ll give you a better estimate when you book.
Yes — all completed jobs come with a 3-month workmanship warranty. If anything we assembled or installed has an issue due to our work, we’ll return to fix it at no additional cost. This covers workmanship only and does not include manufacturer defects or damage caused after the job is completed.
Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled move are free of charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Yes. All GoGoX handymen go through a background check and skills verification before they’re onboarded. We maintain professional standards across our team so you can feel confident having them in your home.
Yes, a minimum charge of $50 applies for all handyman jobs to compensate for our handyman’s time and travel.
