How it works?

Enter your pick-up point and drop-off point(s).

Please enter using:

  • Postal Code
  • Building number and road name.

On the screen for "Order details", insert the floor and unit numbers of both points under "note to driver".

Put in your recipients' and your contact numbers before you place your order.

Your order will be matched to the nearest available drivers.

GoGoX Driver will contact you directly to confirm the order.

Clarify the following points before you confirm your order:

  • The items that you are transporting.
  • For van and lorry manpower service, please inform the driver if there are any stairs that the helper(s) need(s) to get through.
  • Additional services such as dismantling and wrapping of items are not included.
  • If you need additional services, please ask the driver for the price quotation. 
  • Continue with the service only if the driver and you are agreeable to the above points.
  • If the driver does not contact you, please call the driver. If the driver is uncontactable, please call 6836-1110 for assistance.

GoGoX Driver will arrive at pick-up point and deliver to drop-off point(s).

Remember to rate and review the driver when the job is completed.
