Frequently asked questions
1. Why become a GoGoX Reserve member?
Both new and existing driver-partners will automatically become members of GoGoX Reserve on 1 July 2024* and can choose to enjoy benefits and earn more at different membership tiers. The higher the membership tier, the more benefits members can enjoy.
*Differing commission structure will only go into effect from 1 July 2024.
2. How is my tier level calculated and why?
Membership tier is determined based on your choice of ad sticker. Ad stickers can effectively promote the platform, expand market share, increase the number of orders, provide a stable income for our large driver-partner community, and support the platform to have more resources to continue to provide more rewards and benefits for all driver-partners.
3. How do I maintain my current tier?
Sticker Verification: To maintain eligibility to participate (or receive benefits), you agree to comply with monthly sticker verification checks. A GoGoX representative will be in touch monthly through WhatsApp and/or the Driver app chat function.
4. When will I receive my media fee payout?
After affixing GoGoX’s stickers to your vehicle, the monthly verification of the display of the stickers will be done by GoGoX on the first working day of the relevant month (e.g. if the sticker was pasted on 10 May 2024, verification will be done on 3 June 2024). Once the monthly verification is confirmed to be successful by GoGoX, GoGoX will arrange to transfer the relevant media fees (if applicable) to the driver-partner within the same week from the relevant monthly inspection as GoCredits into the driver-partner’s wallet, or as otherwise specified by GoGoX.
5. Are all vehicle types eligible for GoGoX Reserve Programme?
GoGoX Reserve programme is currently only applicable to van and lorry driver-partners. We are working on making it available to all driver-partners soon – stay tuned!
