How we started
One lunch box delivery run
changed the future of logistics.
Our journey began in Hong Kong in 2013.
At the time, our cofounders were arranging lunch box deliveries through a van dispatch call centre. One sudden surge of lunch box orders overwhelmed the traditional phone based dispatch model and pushed them to ask: could logistics be done a better way?
They first connected van drivers into a chat group for instant dispatch; when that could not keep up with fast growing demand, they reimagined logistics with technology and founded GoGoVan, Asia's first on-demand freight platform.
As the service expanded into moving, enterprise logistics, errands, pet transport and more, we grew from GoGoVan into GoGoX, with the X standing for the limitless possibilities of logistics.
