Singapore, April 21, 2025 — GoGoX Singapore and the National Delivery Champions Association (NDCA) have formalised their collaboration to enhance advocacy, support, and structured engagement for driver-partners. This milestone builds on the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed in January 2024, reinforcing both parties’ commitment to improving the well-being and representation of platform workers.
“Our driver-partners are the backbone of GoGoX,” said Eugene Lee, Chief Operating Officer of GoGoX. “This agreement ensures their voices are heard, valued, and translated into meaningful progress as we work towards a sustainable future together.”
Empowering representation for driver-partners
Through this alliance, NDCA serves as the official channel to advocate for GoGoX driver-partners, facilitate dialogue, and represent them on work-related matters, including at the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). This ensures driver-partners are effectively represented at both company and national levels.

Key areas of collaboration
GoGoX and NDCA will continue to focus on:
Training & upskilling: Co-organising sessions on communication, digital tools, and financial planning to enhance driver capabilities and income opportunities.
Structured dialogue: Regular feedback sessions and surveys to address driver concerns and co-develop platform improvements.
Collective representation: Advocating for driver-partners in discussions with GoGoX and representing them at MOM when needed.
