Packing & Stabilizing Manual

1) To provide sufficient packing and protection to your goods​

Normally goods like electronic appliances are well protected when they are first sold in the market. The same logic shall be applied when we deliver them. If they are already unboxed, please repack them with protection materials and cartons.

2) To place your goods properly and stabilized them during delivery​

For items like a flat smart TV, it should be placed horizontally inside the storage without any loose item nearby. For tall items like a plant, please provide it a box that fits so that it can stand firmly on a flat ground. The next step is to stabilize it with a rope or tape.

3) Handling fragile items

From our past experience, fragile items contribute most of the declined compensation requests, including flat smart TVs, wines, plants and glass doors of washing machines. Small items like wines and plants are recommended to put inside a carton, together with protection materials to fill the gap. Large items like flat smart TVs and other electronic appliances shall be wrapped by protection materials on the fragile side/part, then to be fully protected by cartons.
